Details

This 4 Degree-Of-Freedom 1 Kg Capacity Fully Automated Revolute Jointed Robotic Arm has four joints to imitate a human upper arm namely joint 1, 2, 3 and 4 that rotate around x, y, and z axes, respectively. It is configured in a slightly different way than the more common six-axis robot model.
The robot payload is 1KG, which focuses on industrial & educational applications. And it also can be easily integrated with camera, AI and cloud service to realize more applications. such as vision guided pick and place, flexible feeding system, handle complex parts.

The joints move four arm links to get the required action of the wrist that will be assembled with the hand in future applications. The investigation of components and mechanism was implemented to ensure that they matched in terms of the dimensions and capability to lift the load with high precision.
